Join us on Monday, August 8th for our 5th Annual Pig Roast and Auction, taking place at Belluz Farms. This "Plate to Pitchfork" farm dinner supports Slow Food Superior's community efforts including Slow Food Superior in Schools, educational food workshops, tastings and outings, and also assists us in sending local food producers, food activists and chefs to Terra Madre in Torino, Italy every 2nd year. At the Pig Roast, you'll experience great local cuisine prepared by the talented chefs from Caribou Restaurant & Wine Bar, Rose Valley Lodge, Sweet Pea Catering, Good News Cafe & Northern Unique Catering. Tickets are $75 for non members and $55 for members. Purchase your tickets at Belluz Farms, the Belluz Farms Little Red Barn (located at the Home Hardware on Memorial) or Fresh Air Experience. The event begins at 6:30 PM. |
